Charles Paul Neal

Born November 13, 1925 in Tomahawk, WV, he was the son of the late Charles and Florence (Laing) Neal.

Paul was a WWII veteran serving in the US Marine Corps. He was a member of Johnsontown Church of the Brethren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Freda Neal on October 13, 2006; and two brothers, Benjamin Keyworth Neal and John William Neal.

He is survived by one daughter, Brenda Karlene Neal of Inwood; two sons, Paul Douglas Neal of Inwood, and Charles Thomas Neal of Glengary; six grandchildren, Tammie Miller, Debbie Jolliff, Carrie Neal, Jared Neal, Jason Neal, and Jenny Miller.

He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 PM at Rosedale Funeral Home, Martinsburg.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Rosedale Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Rhoe officiating. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
