David was born on January 11, 1949, to Patricia Miller and David Milburn Sr.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn and his son, David Milburn III.
Butch leaves behind his four children; Carla Burtt of Gerrardstown, Tammy McCullough of Martinsburg, Crissy Milburn of Augusta, West Virginia, Marty Cloud of Linden, New Jersy; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous friends.
He enjoyed hunting and riding his motorcycle when he was younger. He loved spending time with his beloved family. He worked his whole life for Ford Motor Company as a Service Manager.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
