Doris shared Linda’s joy of “yard sales” and would always be asked by Jim when she returned “what did you get that you couldn’t live without”! There were many dogs and cats over the years, and she loved them all.
Doris is survived by her four children; sons James Blackford, Jr. and wife Brenda, Roger Blackford and wife Kelly, Brian Michael Blackford and wife Tina, and daughter, Linda Stotelmyer, all of Martinsburg.
One of her greatest pleasures was being a grandmother to her grandchildren; JL Blackford, Ashley Lahman-Lady, Lindsay and Christopher Stotelmyer, Corey and Hunter Blackford, Ryan, Avery, Quintin and Dylan Blackford, Todd and Adam Bricker. She was also grandmother to eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
