James " Sonny" Randall Biggs, a beloved, kind-hearted, and thoughtful individual, passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on October 20, 1948, in Russell County, Virginia, James was the son of the late Elmer and Margaret Biggs.
James was a resident of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, where he was cherished by his family and friends. He is survived by his two daughters, Cynthia and Kimberly, who remember him with love and admiration. His legacy continues through his sixteen grandchildren: Bobby, Ethan, Gauge, Vanessa, Dakota, Hank Jr., Kayla, Zachary, William, Wyatt, Taylor, Tyler, Nathan, Hunter, Emma, and Angelina, as well as thirteen great-grandchildren.
Sonny will be remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the thoughtful impact he made on those around him.
