She was born on July 20, 1959 and was the daughter of the late Rufus and Sarah Hartley.
Phyllis was a kind caring person that loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time crocheting, reading and working her puzzle books.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years Harry Dodge; son: James Dodge and fiancé Holly Wagner; Brothers: Fred Hartley and wife Carla, Michael Hartley and wife Karen, Wayne Hartley and wife Tina; sister: Lorrie Keeley and multiple nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sisters: Virginia “G.G” Glasscock, Margaret Edwards, Jane Brown, Anna Cooper, Frances “Tiny” Dodson; brothers: Roger Hartley and Rufus “Sammy” Hartley.
A memorial service will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on November 20, 2021 at 2 pm.
