I can see you rolling up on the 5th floor of City Hospital on our night shift with your travel case filled with all kinds of goodie’s.
I still work at the hospital on Oncology with Tamela.
You will never be forgotten

I always had a great time when we were together doing the flag program in schools and with the American Legion. She is still missed. God bless the family.

Rosie, you are missed so much. I always enjoyed our talks; you were so wise. I miss your smile and your laugh. I will always think of you and hold you in my heart.

Rose had a great time at these school flag presentation and she always had a smile on her face. She always had a great feeling for the American Legion. Her and her husband have always supported the Legion and will always have a place in my heart.

Although a year has gone by since God called you home, it feels like yesterday you were here with us. I miss you so very much but you are a heavenly angel now. Always and forever love you.

Rosie you will be missed so much. You are loved by so many people, friends, family, and past co-workers. You  were an inspiration to anyone who knew you, and all you had to do was smile. Our angel is now God's angel. We love you always.

Rose was one of the sweetest women I have ever known. This sweetness provided so much comfort to the patients she cared for and comforted.  She was a role model for many.

Rosie, was the nicest person I’ve ever worked with.  She was always thinking of her patient.  She will be missed.  I am so sorry for this loss

Rose befriended me when my husband and I moved to Martinsburg, WV, and I started to work at City Hospital,  I missed my old job at Little Rock, AR, and was afraid I wouldn't make friends, Rose included me and became friends. Afterward, my husband and I moved away and became penpals, Through the years we exchanged letters cards, and gifts, Rose helped me through some bad times with her kind, encouraging words.  Rose treated everyone with kindness, courtesy, and respect and was an excellent nurse.  She was very family oriented and loyal to all her friends. Even though I didn't grow up with Rose, I feel like I've known her all my life. I was blessed by her friendship and I loved her.

My condolences to the family.  I  worked with Rose on 5th floor  Med/Surg at City Hospital.  She was a very caring nurse and person in general.  I enjoyed working with her and learned alot from her. She will be greatly missed.  I  will always remember the time she brought her spam salad to work on night shift for us,  I thought gross but it was so good I ate 3 sandwiches of it. It was a  big joke between us but she would bring it from time to time for us.  RIP MY FRIEND YOU FOUGHT HARD NOW IT IS YOUR TIME TO REST . LOVE YOU MY FRIEND ❤️

Sorry for your loss of a loving woman and your wife. She was a friend to everybody she met and enjoyed helping everybody she could. I will miss her as she was a great friend to me. Her smiles will last for ever. She is in the Lord hands now and as beautiful as she was when you got married. Cherish the special memories. I remember how she loved coming to the American Legion Post 14 Saturday morning breakfast with you and Charlie. She also loved doing the flag ceremonies in the schools with us. Rose and I were friends for 61 years. She was the bravest person I know. When she told me her meds had quit working, I was at a loss at what to say. She comforted me!! saying that it was okay. She had gotten to do the things she had truly wanted to do....celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary, see her grandson graduate from college, and knowing that a wedding was in the future for her daughter. All she saw was positive and she was at Peace with it. I hope you, as her family, can feel her Peace as well. She will be truly missed, and the world is a sadder place with her passing. RIP Rosebud.....fly high with the Wings of an Angel!

Rose, also known as rosebud by her former St. Joseph classmates, had the sweetest personality you could have for a friend. She attended most St. Joseph alumni breakfasts when meeting monthly before COVID. More than once she reminded me how her brother Tommy and I played Joseph and Mary in a St. Joseph Christmas play. She showed me a picture of that school memory. God bless her family she loved so much.

I am so heartbroken for your loss. Rose was a beautiful person and friend. She went to Longaberger with  us on my first bus trip there. We had so much fun.  I will cherish the memories.
