Passed away on Tuesday May 18, 2021.
Ryan was born on August 28, 1988 in
Morgantown and was the son of Fred Starliper Sr.
And the late Tina Owens.
He was a big hearted person that loved animals,
Singing and softball. He was also an avid gun collector and
enjoyed history. Ryan was always looking for an adventure
and up for a challenge.
He is survived by his beloved wife Bethany; son, Dean;
Daughters: Ellie and Savannah; brother, Fred Jr., and grandmother, Marjorie Owens
along with numerous other family members who all
thank the Man upstairs For the time they had with him
whether long or short.
In addition to his mother he is preceded in
Death by Paternal grandparents: Freddy C. and Leona Starliper
, and maternal grandfather Tommy Owens.
