Jack Campbell was born on June 19th, 1965, in Spokane Washington. From the very beginning, Jack brought laughter, energy, and a larger than life presence to those around him, a gift he shared freely throughout his life.
In August of 1997, Jack married the love of his life, Christy Wilman. Their bond was unique as it included deep love, and shared laughter that included annoying his wife. Regardless, Christy remained the center of Jack’s world. Together, they built a family rooted in connection, humor, and heart.
Jack is survived by his mother, Kay; his sisters, Kelly and Deborah; his brothers, Kurt and Daryl; His children, Keira, Kamron, and Keaton and his grandchildren Xavier, Madilyn, Roman, Hailey, Clara, Joseph and Kahleia. Jack took immense pride in being a father, not only to his own children, but as a father figure to countless kids he had the privilege of watching grow into adulthood. He loved them all dearly and left a lasting impression on each of their lives.
Jack was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Christy; his daughter, Kylee; and his sister, Tracy, all of whom he carried in his heart every day.
Jack believed in living life to the fullest and making the most of every moment. He loved to have a good time with a loud song playing in the background. He always loved an unapologetically vulgar joke and letting it rip regardless of where he was. Jack's joy of fishing, guns, rock music, garage sales, drawing inappropriate doodles and showing off his dance moves were some of his favorite joys. Jack had a gift for finding value in unexpected places, and that same spirit extended to how he loved people: fully, genuinely, and without reservation.
To say Jack will be missed doesn’t even begin to cover it. He shaped so many lives and changed the course of people simply by being himself. To those who needed one, he was a father figure, showing through his actions what hard work, kindness, and love truly mean. People like Jack come around once in a lifetime. Life will be a lot less fun without him, but his laughter, stories, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, located at 804 State Ave, Marysville, WA, 98270-4237, United States. The service is scheduled for January 10, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
