

Jeanne Juanita McLean passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones in Providence Regional Medical Center on February 24, 2025. She was born to Stanley Jones Sr. and Arlene Charles-Holding on October 29, 1943, and carried a deep love for family, peace, and community throughout her life.
Jeanne dedicated her time to celebrating happy moments with family, supporting her kids through their journey of life, and the countless years she spent working for her community, Tulalip. She was known for her kindness, resilience, and the wisdom she shared with those around her. Jeanne found joy in family vacations, especially to Hawaii, watching her grandkids athletic games, and any quality time spent in the presence of family.
She was preceded in death by her grandma Nora Charles Jimmicum, her grandfather, Pete Dillion, her mother, Arlene Charles-Holding, her father, Stanley G. Jones Sr., her aunts, Isabelle Meyers, Marge Williams, Freida Charles and Viola “Pearl” Charles; her uncles, Leo Charles, Joseph Charles and Wes Charles; her husband Daniel “Patty” McLean Jr., her daughter Lori White Bear, her brother, Stanley “Sonny” Jones Jr., her sister, Gloria Hoeppner and her favorite cousin, Fred Meyers. She is survived by her sisters Teri (Billy) Gobin, Gayle Jones, Karen Holding and her brother, Gary (Karen) Holding; her sons, Mike, Kenneth and Shawn McLean; and her daughter, Michelle Myles. As well as her 21 grandchildren: Heather, Shane, Myla, Jennifer, Brandon, James, Nashone, Stahawnee, Daniel, Brittany, LaTosha, Shawn, Demitri, Staycee, Jacynta, Marqel, Xavion, Kileya, Ziggy, Quentin, Jasmin, Shalana, Kendra, and her great grandchildren and counting, along with a large and loving extended family.
She will be deeply missed, but her love and legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
