Together they raised their daughter Kemberlee, and as a military family lived in Texas and California before arriving in Snohomish County in 1980.

Luci was a passionate quilter, spending hours on end making quilts for deployed military personnel and sending gift quilts to far away countries including China and Africa.
She was preceded in death by her parents Guy and Jessie Lee Fullbright. She is survived by her loving husband and daughter, as well as sister Pamela Wagner, and brothers Jessie, Ron, Lance, and Doug Fullbright. She will be missed by extended family members Carol and Taulon, baby Cisco, and her close circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to Housing Hope, 5830 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203.
To all who knew Luci, may her gift of love and laughter be yours forever.
