Noma Rae Dias

On December 25, 2011 our beloved beautiful Noma Rae Moses Dias went on her continuing journey.

We her loving family and friends will miss her very much.

She was born in Nesplem, Washington on June 11, 1946 to Mable Napier Bustilof. She was raised by Jack and Martha Moses. Her life was blessed by her children, grandchildren and many loved ones. Her life’s love and husband Joseph Duane Dias, who was always at her side. She loved her tea cup Yorkie, “Ita-Bit”. She loved BBQ;s with her family and shopping in catalogues, Dolphins and little knick-knacks. She has strong medicine and great advice many of us gained strength from her.

She leaves her husband, Joseph Duane Dias Sr; her children Tina Moses, Mable Finley, Lori Thomas, Tonya and Jefferey Thompkins, and Joseph Duane Dias Jr.; brothers, Albert Moses, Arlen Moses; sister, Lorraine Miller and other loving family, Catherine and Keith Gerrey, Bobby and Debbie Dias, Bruce Dias, Mary and Roy Anderson, Luke and Estella Dill; grandchildren, Stephanie Richard, Alice, Arlena, Diana, Jennifer, Ashley, Jacqvein, Norman, Barbara, Tatiyana, Avianee, Alexis, Jefferey ; and many great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 12 – 2 PM at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home. Interfaith Service at the Tulalip Tribal Gym at 6 PM. Funeral Service at 10 AM on December 29, 2011 at the Tulalip Tribal Gym. Burial at Mission Beach Cemetery.
