She was born the only child of Kenneth and Aletha Atwell May 14, 1952 in Everett, Washington. As a child she was a competitive roller skater. She married Paul Henrichs in 1972 while attending Warner Pacific College in Portland Oregon ('74). She married James Christopher in 1993. Together they owned and operated the Marysville Day Care and Learning Center. She had a deep passion for caring for children. She was a faithful member of the Edmonds Church of God also working many years in the children's Ministries.
She is survived by her mother, Aletha Atwell; children, Peter Henrichs, Teia Powell, Candi Bielman, and Tim Henrichs. She was loved dearly by grandchildren, Autumn and Ethan Powell, Fedya, Petya and Sasha Henrichs, Ella and Alyssa Bielman, and Ashlynne Henrichs.
She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Atwell, in 1990; and her husband, James Christopher, in 2001.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, December 12 at the Edmonds Church of God.
