Alvin E. Nilsen, on May 16, 2012. Beloved father of Joanne, Brian, Coleen, and Michael. Adored grand-children of Cooper, Christopher, Lucas, Cara, Sophie, Aiden, Ava, and Quinn. Alvin made his living as 1st Vice President of Republic Factors, National Bank in New York City. Alvin loved his devoted dog, Patti. His hobbies included, fishing, gambling, playing cards, and bingo.
~ Visitation will be held at James Funeral Home on Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:30 and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~
Funeral Mass will be on Friday, 11:00 a.m. at St. William the Abbot RC Church, 2000 Jackson Avenue, Seaford, NY 11783 ~ Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Conklin Street, Farmingdale, New York.
