Enza Mione

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Enza Mione, of Massapequa Park, NY, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 70. Born in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Salvatore Mione and the late Anna Mione, Enza lived a life filled with love, dedication, and compassion.

Enza was predeceased by her beloved brother, Peter Mione. She was a devoted niece to Maria Cetina and a cherished cousin to Rosemary Cetina, Frank Cetina, and Lisa and Neal O'Mara. Enza had a close-knit family that meant the world to her.

A proud graduate of Molloy College, Enza worked for 30 years as an office manager for Chase Bank, where she was highly respected for her professionalism and dedication. Outside of work, Enza had a true passion for life. She loved spending time in her garden and was especially fond of Broadway shows, where her love for theatre shone brightly. She was a dedicated caregiver to her parents, a role she took with great love and devotion.

Enza will be remembered as a kind, gentle soul, grounded in traditional values and a strong faith in her religion. Family was at the center of her world, and she approached life with a warmth and grace that touched all who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes RCC, 855 Carmans Rd, Massapequa Park, NY. Entombment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, NY.

Enza’s memory will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
