JOHN F. ROSS, on November 17, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Mary Cecilia Ross of 60 years of marriage. Loving father of John Matthew (Shirley), Judy (Patrick) and Christine (Christopher). Cherished grandfather of John Matthew, Lauren, Paige, and Ryan. Adored great grandfather of Brody Ross Cummings. Fond brother of Thomas, Rita, and Kenny. John worked as an IBM Engineer. He loved his pet Rose Murtie. John enjoyed woodworking, and was involved with the St. Vincent DePaul, Knights of Columbus, and was an usher for Holy Family Church, all located in Carnarsie, Brooklyn. John had a passion and love for Poetry Books.

~ Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~ Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima RC Church, 2 Bayview Avenue, Massapequa, New York 11758 ~ Cremation Private ~
