Mary Theresa Watson

WATSON, MARY Theresa (nee) O'Neill, 81 years old, passed away into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. She is now reunited with her husband, Robert M. Watson and daughter Terry Jean Watson. Mary was a resident of Massapequa for over 50 years and a member of St. William the Abbot RC Church, 2000 Jackson Avenue, Seaford, New York 11783. She thoroughly enjoyed her clients during her 35+ years with H&R Block in Bethpage. Last year Mary moved to The Bristal in East Northport where she greatly appreciated the staff and enjoyed her new friends. Mary was well loved by her family and known for her big heart and generous spirit. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Stephen Greggo of Grays Lake, IL; her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen and Chris McCoy of Yorktown, VA, and her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Sharon Watson of Massapequa, NY; her grandchildren Jennifer (Kevin), Jessica (Rob), Elisha, Kristen, Robbie, and Brandon, her great grandchildren, T.J. and Jayden; her beloved sister, Josephine Lengefeld McCarthy; and her nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held. A Special thank you from Mary's family to the staff and volunteers of the Hospice House of Northport.

Funeral arrangements are under the directions of ~ James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa.~

Family and friends may visit on Friday, from 2:00 to 4:30 and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, at 9:15 a.m. at St. William the Abbot RC Church, Seaford 2000 Jackson Avenue, Seaford. Interment to follow, St. Charles Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale.
