Roderic O. Kreuser

RODERIC OTTO KREUSER, 89 years old, Florida, passed away on October 21, 2015. He was born August 30, 1926 in Bronxville, New York to Elise Laffont Meras and Otto Theodor Kreuser. Roderic spent his career in the Insurance Industry where he was awarded his CPCU Distinction in 1956 and was one of the 1st graduates of the College of Insurance in New York City. He retired as a Sr. Vice President and Treasurer of a major Reinsurance Company in Stamford, CT. Prior to entering the Insurance Industry, Rod served 2 years in the United States Navy. He enjoyed boating and traveling. Roderic is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Josephine; his 4 children, Kenneth, Kevin, the late Keith and Karen. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

Visitation will be held at James Funeral Home on Tuesday ~ from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. ~ Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. at Maria Regina RC Church, 3945 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, New York 11783 ~ Interment to follow to St. Charles Cemetery, Crypt, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale.

Family and friends are welcome to James Funeral Home on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. before leaving for the funeral mass.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of James Funeral Home, 540 Broadway, Massapequa, New York.
