Barry Ray Tucker

Barry Ray Tucker, 68, of Maysville, Kentucky died Friday, December 2, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Tucker retired from Emerson Power Transmission and then worked briefly for Hosea. He was a graduate of Mason County High School and was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the US Navy. Mr. Tucker was a talented musician who traveled and sang with several different music groups. He also loved to hunt and was very attached to his pet dogs Copper and Babe. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on August 2, 1948 the son of Charles and Mildred Dixon Tucker of Maysville, KY. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Geraldine Bohl Tucker; two sisters, Tona Cracraft (Jackie Dale) and Melissa Humphries (Mark) both of Maysville, KY and several nieces and nephews. It was Barry’s wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be announced at a later date at the convenience of the family. The arrangements are entrusted to the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
