Doretha Myrick

Doretha Myrick, 54, of Maysville died Monday, December 9, 2013 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. Miss Myrick was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky on January 15, 1959 the daughter of Cere and Dolores Alexander Myrick.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her special friend, Dennis Warner; four sons, Orlando Myrick of Erlanger, KY, Dominique Myrick of Florence, KY, Marcus Myrick and Justin Myrick both of Maysville, KY; Eleven grandchildren; two brothers, Cere Myrick II of Louisville, KY and Sean Myrick of Maysville, KY; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by one grandchild, Jordan Ralyn Myrick and two brothers, Larry Myrick and Robert “Cokey” Myrick.

Funeral services for Doretha Myrick will be held at the Bethel Baptist Church at 1:00 PM Friday, December 13, 2013 with Rev. Christopher Lee officiating. Burial will be in the Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM. The arrangements are entrusted to the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home.
