Dorothy Frances Reid, 93 resident of Ft. Wright, KY died November 24, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Edgewood. She was born in Maysville the daughter of the late Robert and Emma Martin Maddox. She was a member of Emanuel United Methodist Church and a graduate of Maysville High School and attended the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She loved to read and play the piano was also a quilter and a seamstress. She is preceded in death by her husband Merrill Reid, two sisters, Violet Adkins and Muriel Maley. Mrs. Reid is survived by 10 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services for Dorothy Reid will be Saturday, December 1 at 1 P.M. at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home with Rev. James Rawlings officiating. Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
