Troy Lowe

William Troy Lowe, 52, died Monday, May 6, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on October 25, 1961 the son of Janet Allison Meadows (Lovell) and William Franklin Lowe (Millie) all of Maysville. He was a member of Seddon United Methodist Church and the Moose Lodge. Besides his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Allison Hackworth (John Hackworth, II) of West Union, Ohio and one son, William Travis Lowe (Hevan) of Ewing, KY; two grandchildren, Halle Hackworth and Eli Hackworth; one sister, Kim Garrison of Maysville and a great grandmother, Wava Gibbons of May’s Lick. He is also survived by two uncles, Jack Allison and Jerry Allison; one niece, Jessica Garrison; one nephew, Justin Garrison and several cousins. Memorial services for William Troy Lowe will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, May 10, 2013 with Rev. John Moore officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from noon until the hour of the service.
