Valerie Dione Garcia

Valerie Dione Garcia, 33, of Maysville, Kentucky died Sunday, October 16, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Garcia was a member of the Shepherd’s House. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky on October 31, 1982 the daughter of the late Stanley Bennett Washington and Betty Sue Jackson. She is survived by her husband, Tomas Garcia of Texas; sisters, Michelle Jackson, Stacey Jackson-Leonard, Danita Jackson, Mary Kersey, Patricia Moates, Vanita Washington and Shonna Washington; brothers, Kenneth Washington, Clifton Washington, Charles Washington, Darrin Jackson and Trent Livers; several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. Funeral services for Valerie Garcia will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, October 21, 2016 with Rev. Randy Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service.
