Funeral services for Bill will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home, Frankfort with burial following in Frankfort Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Whit Criswell. There will be a visitation Wednesday evening from 5-8 p.m. at Knox and Brothers Funeral Home, Maysville and at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home Friday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.

Bill was born in Maysville June 19, 1946, to the late Roy Francis “Shorty” and Earlyne Branch Breeze. He was a graduate of Maysville High School, Class of 1964, and an accomplished basketball player during his high school years. At the time of his passing, Bill was the Division Director of Individual Income Tax, Kentucky State Government. He enjoyed the outdoors especially playing golf, fishing with the “grandkids” and will be remembered as an avid horse racing fan.

He is survived by his loving wife, Becky Brawner Breeze; beloved daughters and son, Alicia Breeze Tackett (Carl), Ashley Breeze-Rockwell, Lori Clark Sutherland (Kirby) and Coleman Clark (BrittLee). Bill loved and cherished his grandchildren, Ashton Breeze, CJ and Jared Tackett, Jeffrey and Ashlyn Rockwell, Hunter Clark, Grady Larkin and Addison Clark. He is also survived by his brothers, Tom Breeze (Wilma) and Dick Breeze (Judy) and dear friends, Virginia and Craig Courtney.

Pallbearers are Carl Tackett, Jeffrey Rockwell, Coleman Clark, CJ Tackett, Jared Tackett, Hunter Clark, Nathan Polly and Kelly Larkin. Honorary bearers will be Sharon and Jr. Sanders, Truitt and JoAnn Crosby, George Newdigate, Donny Tumey, Roger Jolly, Tom and LaVerna Blakefield, Teresa Gardner, Jerry McCarty, Christy Kenney, Mac Gillim and Bonnie Lee.
