W.R. “Bill” Huddleston, Jr., 70, of Maysville, died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center after a long illness. He was the husband of Ida Arthur Huddleston. Mr. Huddleston was a member of Germantown Baptist Church and was a retired farmer. He was born in Mason County on November 16, 1942, son of the late W.R. “Doc” Huddleston, Sr. and Pauline Rigdon Huddleston. Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, W.R. (Glenda) Huddleston III and Delsia Scott, both of Mason County; three grandchildren, W.R. Huddleston IV, J.B. Huddleston, and Cody Wayne Huddleston; and a great-grandchild, Whitley Huddleston. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Michael Wayne Scott. Services are at the convenience of the family.
