April Michelle Sanders

Mrs. April Michelle Sanders, age 45 of Covington, Georgia passed away June 9, 2020. She was born on April 7, 1975 in Louisville, Kentucky. April was a wonderful, caring person with a big heart. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her pets, shopping for clothes and shoes and doting on her new car. She worked for PetSmart in Loganville for nine years. She never met a stranger, human or animal. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Robert Sanders; parents, Kim Watson and Darlene Scott; children, Timothy Earl Herchenrader, Dixie Rose Shreves, John Wilson Shreves and Michael Dwayne Mooney; step daughters, Tamala Jane Sanders and Crystal Robin Sanders; sisters, Tammy Lynn Elliott and Kimberly Darlene Plummer; grandmother, Emily Faye Watson; friend, Jason Shreves; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 14, 2020 - 2:00 PM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may visit the family Sunday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the service.
