Brenda Ann Long

Mrs. Brenda Ann Long, age 59 of Conyers, Georgia passed away April 29, 2014. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late James and Marjorie Hawkins Gober. Brenda was preceded in death by siblings, Carolyn Bradley, Linda Dover, Christine Maness, Robert Gober and James “Big Eddie” Gober. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, cooking, cleaning and taking trips to Biloxi. Survivors include her children, Stephen (Tina) Long of Stockbridge, Wayne (Stephanie) Long of Locust Grove and Maranda Thomas of Conyers; grandchildren, Brianna Thomas of Macon, Cameron Thomas of Ft. Rutger, AL, Zachary Thomas of Bethlehem, Blake Long of Locust Grove, Jordan Long of Stockbridge and Chase Long of Stockbridge; sister, Vickie Dillard of Blue Ridge; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family from 1:00 – 3:00 pm prior to the service on Saturday.
