Mrs. Cathy McIntyre Rainwater “Grammy”, age 56, of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away December 18, 2014. Cathy was born in Atlanta, Ga the daughter of the late Evelyn Velma Padgett McIntyre and Homer Don McIntyre. Cathy enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking and entertaining, watching her grandsons play baseball and Lacrosse, and playing with her dog “Max”. Survivors are her husband, David Godbee of Locust Grove; children, Tasha Rainwater Loucks (Tom) of McDonough, Eric Shane Rainwater (Cassie) of Newnan; grandchildren, Ryan James Loucks and Dylan Charles Loucks of McDonough, brother, Terry McIntyre of TX; aunt, Darlene Ellison of Morrow; cousin, Vickie Cook of Stockbridge; son-in-law, Jeremiah Loucks of McDonough. Funeral service for Cathy will be Monday, December 22, 2014 – 3:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with Rev. Darrel Ervin officiating.
