Charles A. Thomas, Jr., age 73, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He was born October 19, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Charles A. Thomas, Sr. and Dolores Oretha Lea. Mr. Thomas was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and a supervisor with Delta Airlines. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Terri Thomas, children Natalie (Jack) Deleshaw of McDonough, Tony (Melanie) Thomas of Huntsville, AL, Shea Peoples of Stockbridge, GA and Kelley (Darrell) Adkins of McDonough, GA. Twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Siblings, Stephen (Odette) Thomas of Austin, TX, Carol (Phillip) Moon of Covington, GA, Sheryl Grey of Spring Hill, FL, Valorie King of Clayton, GA, Dana (Steve) Singleton of Hull, GA and David (Rhonda) Thomas of Commerce, GA. Step-mother, Gladys Thomas of Hull, GA and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 11:00am - 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Haisten Funeral Home in McDonough, GA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm in our chapel and the burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
