Dorothy T Cox, age 81, of Hampton, Georgia passed away on Tuesday June 12, 2018. Dorothy was born August 25, 1936. She was preceded in death by her parents, Crayton and Mary Turner, and her sister, Ruth Patrick. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Charles M. Cox; sons, Steven (Amanda) Cox and Mark (Melissa) Cox; granddaughters, Miranda Cox, Mallory Cox, and Katie Greer; nephews, Kenny Patrick and Bill (Sherilynn) Patrick; and a host of family, friends and neighbors.
A visitation for Dorothy will be held Friday, June 15, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough, Georgia. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough, Georgia. Interment will follow at Berea Cemetery, McDonough Road, Hampton, Georgia 30228.
