Emily Millians Spratlin

Mrs. Emily Millians Spratlin, age 85 of McDonough, Georgia passed away November 26, 2014. She was born in Newnan, Georgia to the late Roy James and Caroline Myrtle Garrett Millians. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Eugene Spratlin, daughters, Karen Denise Morgan and Emily Dianne Sims and a brother, Roy Eugene Millians. Emily was a member of Timberridge Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren, shopping and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. Survivors include her children, Donna Spratlin (Larry) Johnson of McDonough and Steven Ellis Spratlin of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Brian Eugene (Stacey) Morgan of Woodstock, Jeffrey Allan Johnson of McDonough, Sera Kate Sims of Denver, CO, Lou Addison Sims of Pittsburgh, PA; great grandchildren, Madison Denise Morgan, Mckenna Mary Morgan and Blake Eugene Morgan; sister in law, Annette McDaniel Millians of Rabun Gap, GA. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:30 am at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Saturday from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the funeral home prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions are asked to be made to the Henry County Parks and Recreation Special Olympics, 10 Cleveland Street, Locust Grove, GA 30248 in memory of Mrs. Spratlin.
