Matthew Glen Freeman, age 62, of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025. He was born in Atlanta, GA on April 14, 1963 to Marlin and Ann Freeman. He was preceded in death by his father and his former wife, Lynn Freeman. Glen graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1981 and he worked for A&A Dies for over 30 years. Glen was an outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening, especially the traditional dove shoots. He was very family oriented. He is survived by his loving wife, Darlene and his daughter Riley Grace Freeman and his mother Ann Freeman all of Locust Grove, five siblings, Steve (Danette) Freeman of McDonough, Johnny (Pam) Freeman of Buckhead, Dawn (Shane) Reese of McDonough, Tracy (Dewayne) Perry of Milner and Lisa (Patrick) Lynch of Locust Grove, also many nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00pm and services will follow at 4:00pm at Haisten Funerals and Cremations in McDonough, Georgia.
