Gloria "Gg" Ann Mobley Owens Grossbart

Mrs. Gloria Ann Mobley Owens Grossbart, age 83 of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away August 11, 2019. She was born in Hampton, Georgia to the late Marion Herman and Sally Emma Cargile Mobley. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Phillip Morris Owens and Abraham Joel Grossbart and by a brother, Marion Jerry Mobley. She was the owner and operator of Gloria's Lighting for over 30 years. She was a member of the Jonesboro Christian Church. Gloria enjoyed bird watching, travel, Christian music and Andre Bocelli. She loved to spend time with her family, her granddaughter and friends and watching Tom Selleck on TV. Recently, she enjoyed adult coloring books and working puzzles on her tablet. Survivors include her sons, Phillip Mark Owens of Stockbridge and David Morris (Lisa) Owens of Boynton Beach, FL; granddaughter, Haley G. Owens; siblings, Jess W. (Nancy) Mobley of Vermont, Sara Mobley McDermitt and the late Floyd McDermitt of Carrollton, Faye Mobley (George) Davis of Stockbridge and Jeannette Mobley (Marty) Steiner of Ft. Myers, FL; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2019 - 1:00 PM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Minister Wade Hall will officiate. Interment will follow at Berea Cemetery. Friends may visit the family Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
