She was born January 23rd, 1961 in Marseille, France to Pierre Paul Fernand Mouren and Augusta Marcelle Tiezzi Mouren; she arrived in Georgia in 1988. Marie-Hélène was a vibrant, active woman who regularly assisted in school programs, such as Arts Alive. She loved to cook almost as much as everyone loved her food. Her colleagues at Cavender’s Horsetown and Banfield Pet Hospital always cherished her hard work and kind smile.
Marie-Hélène was preceded by spouse, Charles Dale Mann, and is survived by sons, Alexander and Nickolas Mann.
