Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Austin, 89 of Hampton passed away April 28, 2020. She was born in Jackson, Georgia on March 14, 1931 to the late Rayford and Ruby Patrick. Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 70 years, William Thurman Austin, children, Gail Betsill of Griffin, Gary Lee (Lori) Austin of Fayetteville and Debbie Fraley of Hampton, ten grandchildren, Cade (Pamela) Betsill of Griffin, Tiffany (Michael) Fowler of McDonough, Andy Austin of McDonough, Jacqueline (Ian) Cutting of Fayetteville, Blake (Abbey) Austin of Chattanooga, Kennedy Austin of Fayetteville, GA, McKenna Austin of Fayetteville, GA, Cruz Austin of Fayetteville, Katie (Billy) Cox of Charlotte, NC and Joe (Trecia) Fraley of Holly Springs, NC. Sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Private graveside services will be held at Berea Christian Church Cemetery in Hampton.
