Mr. Michael Eugene Skinner, age 68, of Locust Grove, GA passed away August 2, 2105. Mike was born in Jacksonville, Florida, the son of the late Eugene Arroyal Skinner and Cookie Gill. Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends, his little farm raising his animals, the beach, and Montana. Survivors are his wife, Patti Roberts Skinner of Locust Grove; daughter, Paige Payne of Sharpsburg; sister, Toni Watson of Ooltewah, TN; niece and nephew, Cooper Watson and Cody Leigh Keener. A graveside service for Mike will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 – 11:30 AM at the Locust Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 – 11:00 AM on Tuesday prior to the service.
