Randy Scott Uecker

Randy Scott Uecker, a Stockbridge native, passed away on August 23, 2020. He was 54 years old. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Beth Uecker of Jonesboro, Georgia and parents, Ralph and Ramona Uecker of Stockbridge, Georgia. Randy was 9 and Beth was 8 when they first met at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Riverdale, Georgia. Many years later, it was fate when their paths crossed again and they were married in holy matrimony in December 2019.

He graduated from Stockbridge High School in 1985, and continued his passion for art at the Art Institute of Atlanta where he earned a degree in Graphic Design. Along with art, Randy loved making other things, whether it was working with leather, or building a new sewing room for Beth. He was also a chef in the kitchen. His homemade bread, beef jerky and cheese were some of our favorites. In 2017, he ventured into the movie industry as a background actor. Opportunities came for him to be a stand-in for actor Robert Longstreet in The Haunting of Hill House and a photo double for Tim Busfield in the movie Heartstrings. By 2020, he had participated in 85 movies/tv productions.

His beautiful life will be cherished forever in the lives of his children; Ashley Uecker, Siara Uecker Abbott, Spencer Uecker and Autumn Uecker, two step-children; Connor Dineen and Samanth Dineen, two grandson’s; Dresden Abbott and Sebastian Abbott; brother; Ralph Uecker, sister-in-law; Alicia Uecker, nieces; Katherine Uecker and Angela Uecker, grandmother; Bertha Miller (94 years old), and host of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
