William (Bill) Becker Jr.

William (Bill) Becker, Jr. age 90 of Dunwoody passed away August 20, 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be greatly missed. Bill was retired from the F.W. Woolworth Company after 40 years of service. Bill was of the Baptist faith and was an avid sports fan, especially the Falcons and Braves. Bill is survived by his wife of 70 years, Hazel Keeter Becker of Dunwoody; daughters and sons in law, Pam and Tom Nicholson of McDonough and Darlene and Tom Parkerson of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Tommy Nicholson of McDonough, Becky and Robbie Rainer of McDonough, Chris Nicholson of Birmingham, AL, Tommy and Heather Parkerson of Lawrenceville, Matt Parkerson of Loganville and Lisa Parkerson of Buford; great grandchildren, Haylee Rainer of McDonough, Bert Rainer of McDonough, Brooklyn Rainer of McDonough, Riley Parkerson of Lawrenceville and Avery Parkerson of Lawrenceville. A memorial service for Bill will be held Sunday, August 24, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
