Mr. William Ellis “Bill” Stephens, II, age 67 of Jackson, Georgia passed away October 15, 2016. Bill was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Neva Eugenia Maguire Stephens and the late Julian McCurdy Stephens. He faithfully served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. He retired after 27 years with Delta Airlines and was a member of East Atlanta Baptist Church. Bill enjoyed studying the stock market, politics and watching Fox News. Survivors include his wife, Pam Stephens; daughter, Amy (Adam) Humphrey; grandchildren, Peyton and Cole Humphrey; mother, Jean Stephens; siblings, Jan (Roy) Vreeland, Sandy Parker and Mark Stephens; several nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
