Danny Guerra, 53, of Moody, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 at his residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Saint Eugene Catholic. Interment will follow in Moody Cemetery.
Mr. Guerra was born on June 15, 1961 in Luling, Texas to Ponciano and Linda (Moreno) Guerra. He worked for Oncor for over 34 years. Mr. Guerra was the education director for Saint Eugene Catholic Church CYO for 10 years and was very involved with the Moody Little league for several years. He was a loving husband, father and devoted son. He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife; Connie Guerra of Moody, sons; Daniel Guerra, Jr. and Mitchell Guerra and his wife, Katlyn both of Moody, mother; Linda Guerra, brothers; Gregory and David Guerra, sister; Sarah Warren, many nieces and nephews and his special niece; Jennifer Crist.
