Martha Reynolds

Martha Reynolds, 92, of McGregor, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at her residence. A celebration of her life will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Cole Funeral Home with Pastor Curtis Jones officiating. Interment will follow in McGregor Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, on Friday, October 17th at the funeral home.

Mrs. Reynolds was born on August 13, 1922 in Oklahoma City to Otto and Della Mae (Decker) Bealmear. She married Reverend James Anthony Reynolds on January 5, 1949 in Dallas and they celebrated over 45 wonderful years together until his death on June 17, 1994. Together they traveled over the United States to help build Mission Churches for Indians. Mrs. Reynolds was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother; her family was her greatest joy. She was a member of Victory Chapel Church in McGregor. Her parents also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her special son; Jim Fitzhugh and his wife Rose of McGregor, grandchildren; Chris, Jeremy, Tim and Crystal, 11 great grandchildren, 3 sisters-in law, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of dear friends.
