Sylvia was born December 24, 1948 to Beakley and Beverly (McNulty) Walker in Port Arthur, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Waco, Texas. Sylvia retired as a stock broker.
Survivors include her husband, David Branch of Waco; daughter, Kathrine Wiggins and husband, Chad of Terre Haute, Indiana; son, William Branch of Waco; granddaughter, Savannah Sylvia Rose Wiggins of Terre Haute, Indiana; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
