

Wanda May (Fletcher) Berrier, of Moody, passed away at the age of 87 on Monday, February 2, 2015. She was born on August 16, 1927 in Temple, Texas. She graduated from San Marcus High School in 1944, and married Roy T. Berrier, Jr. on April 18, 1947 in Waco, Texas. They were married 67 years.
Wanda worked for Merrill Lynch Stockbrokers for three years, then became a homemaker until her death. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Moody, since April 1948, and taught in the children’s department for 30 years.
Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, Roy T. Berrier, Jr., and her parents, Annie Laura (Harrell) Fletcher and Truman Fletcher.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas Berrier and wife, Janie, of Salado and David Berrier and wife, Beverly, of Midlothian; daughter, Deborah Berrier of Killeen; grandchildren Shana Wilson and husband, Jeremy, of Belton, Elaine Berrier of Belton, Shane Berrier and wife, Jenna, of Salado, Ryan Berrier of Midlothian, Cassie Berrier of Midlothian; and two great-grandchildren, Kaylee Berrier of Salado, and Oliver Cass of Belton.
Visitation will be at Cole Funeral Home, in Moody, Wednesday, February 4th from 4 to 7 p.m. A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, February 5th, 10:30 a.m.
