James Marvin Mills, 87, of Richmond, Va., passed away December 19, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jean Dodd Mills; and brother, William Addison Mills. He is survived by his children, Michael D. Mills and wife, Patty, Deborah M. Harden and husband, Joe, James H. Mills and wife, Sherry, Beth M. Fiske and husband, David, Virginia A. Washington and husband, Jesse; grandchildren, Zane, Lee, Jake and Cole Harden, Rachel, Rebecca and Ryan Mills and Rachel Mae Fiske. Mr. Mills was a graduate of John Marshall High School where he was a member of the Cadet Corp. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII and retired as a postal supervisor after 30 years with the U.S. Postal Service. A graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, at Forest Lawn Cemtery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
