Jean S. Loving, 79, of Mechanicsville, passed away October 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband; C. Bernard Loving. She is survived by her children; Ken Loving (Susan), Cathy Langton (Bill), Lenny Loving (Patsy), grandchildren; Jason Loving (Erin), Krystal Hawke (Kyle), Stefanie Langton, Colin Campbell (Nicole), Nicole Simkin (Will), Elizabeth McCray (Matt), Emily Wolford (Matt), great grandchildren; Brooke Loving, Evelyn and A.J. Campbell and Baby McCray.
She was a devoted member of Broadus Memorial Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 27, 2010, from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Road. Services will be held at 12noon, on Thursday, October 28, at the funeral home with interment to follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Cancer Society.
