MUELLER, John W. "Jack" Sr., 84, of Highland Springs, passed away July 16, 2012. He was a retired employee of C & P Telephone Company after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Mueller. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Mueller; three children, John W. Mueller Jr. and his wife, Mary, Janet Stone and her husband, Dusty, and Susan Lee; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Jack will truly be missed and never forgotten. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, a member of American Legion Post 144 and a member of the Babcock Lodge #322 AF&AM.
A visitation and memorial service will be held Saturday, July 21, at 2 p.m. at the Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Road. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be made at www.woodyfuneralhomeatlee.com
