Lucille Davis Pitts

Left to cherish her memory are her two devoted children, Steven Pitts (Donna), and Sheryl Smart (Barry); and her loving grandchildren who were the light of her life, Benjamin Pitts (Jessica), Brian Pitts (Miranda), Christina Krout, Casey Zahn (Michael Conigliaro), Christopher Smart (Morgan), and Michael Smart. She also leaves many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Mitzie was a member of Fairmount Christian Church and retired from Richfood where she was well known and admired. In her retirement, she was an active member of the Red Hat Club, loved to travel, and spent time with her greatest loves, her family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday November 11, 2021 from 1:00 - 3:00 & 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Woody Funeral Home 9271 Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville, Va. 23116 where a funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday. Interment Signal Hill Memorial Park, Hanover, Va.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
