Billy Joe Blair

Billy Joe was born on January 21st, 1939 in Modesto, California to William and Daisy Blair. Billy Joe married his beautiful wife Nancy Nelson in 1957 and the couple had 3 children.

In his life he enjoyed his ranch, hunting and fishing. His favorite joy was his little dog “Peanut”. Billy Joe will always be remembered for his sense of humor and kindness to others. He was loved by all who met him.

Billy Joe is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Blair, 2 children Cynthia Blair of Oshkosh, Wisconsin (Paul Addis) and Pamela Fischer of Oshkosh, Wisconsin (Dean Fischer), 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Shirley and Becky, and many nieces and nephews. Billy Joe is preceded in death by his son: Matthew Blair, sister; Sena Mae and his parents.
