Brenda Cannon

She was truly blessed with a great family and friends. Brenda was the wife of the late William E. Cannon. She was preceded in death by her parents Gary H Walker and Marietta Etta Walker. She loved everything to do with the water, going to the beach, water skiing, scuba diving and boating. She loved spending time with family and friends. Benda was the ultimate Southern lady, a beautiful combination of Grace, stubbornness, generosity, charitable and style. She was the Co-founder of the family business William Cannon Heating and Air, Inc. Serving as the CFO for over 55 years.

Brenda is survived by her two daughters Carla Leigh Cannon (Jay), of Germantown TN. Cheryl Cannon Kuhlo (Lee) of Tallahassee FL. Brenda also loved and enjoyed her grandsons Lee Cannon Lloyd (Marybeth) of Collierville, TN. Jason Forrest Lloyd (Tonya) of Bartlett, TN and granddaughter Carlton Cannon Warren (Brian) of Crawfordville, FL. Several great grandchildren, Jackson Lloyd, Daisa Lloyd, Dylan Lloyd, Danielle Lloyd, Matthew Lloyd, Walker Warren.

Visitation will be 9:00 am to 10:00 am and funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Memphis Funeral Home 5599 Poplar Ave Memphis Tennessee burial service will follow at Memorial Park Southwood’s cemetery 5585 Hacks Cross Rd. Memphis TN 38125. Serving as pallbearers are Lee Lloyd, Jason Lloyd, Lee Kuhlo, Bobby Mallett, Ralph Jordan, and Sean Knott.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Binghampton Community Church, P.O. Box 11093, Memphis TN, 38111 or St Jude Research Hospital.

A committal service will occur Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Memorial Park South Woods, 5485 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN 38125.
