

Carl F. Williams, passed away surrounded by loved ones on 4/27/20 in Olive Branch, Mississippi. He was born in Lucy, Tennessee on Nov. 15, 1943. He is survived by his wife Glenda Williams of 36 wonderful, loving years; His sons, Tommy (Lisa), Mike (Kari), Jimmy (Brenda), Jerry (Kim), Dustin (Heather); Sisters, Martha Mitchell, Frances Key, Inez Adams (George); Brother, Bobby Williams (Betty); 21 Grandchildren and 36 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Father, W.F (Skeeter) Williams; Mother, Fannie Lucille Williams; Sister, Dorothy Bagwell; Brothers, Eddie Williams, Jimmy Williams and Son, Joey Williams and Martha Mitchell, who joined Carl and his loved ones in Heaven on June 11, 2020.
Carl worked most of his life in the Steel Industry but his main focus was his family. In the 1960’s to the early 1980’s Carl raced stock cars at Riverside Motor Speedway in West Memphis Arkansas where he won many races. Carl was an avid bowler for over 25 years, and he and his family hold several National records including: 800 Series for a Father, Mother, and 4 sons (Carl, Gail, Mike, Jerry, Joey and Dustin), 800 Series for a Father, Mother, 4 Sons and a Grandchild (Carl, Gail, Mike, Jerry, Joey, Dustin and Carl), 300 games (Tied) for Father, 4 Sons and a Grandchild (Carl, Mike, Jerry, Joey, Dustin and Carl). In his later years he loved to play golf with his sons. Carl never met a person he didn’t like and was the kindest sweetest man you ever met. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honor to know him.
