Darlene Alsbrook Wilbanks, 69, of Memphis, retired waitress from The Pancake Shop, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, September 8, 2012. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 13, from 5-7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 5599 Poplar. Funeral services will be Friday, September 14 at 10 a.m. with interment to follow in Memphis Memory Gardens. Mrs. Wilbanks was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne and is survived by two sons, Wayne Wilbanks (Lisa) and David Wilbanks (Margaret) and two daughters, Kim Smith (Danny) and Sandy McMinn; one brother Fred “Sonny” Alsbrook and one sister, Brenda Teague. She was the proud “Me Me” of 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
